The taste itinerary “From the stables to the stars”, an unmissable wine and food route of  the buffalo chain,  reserved to groups and made in collaboration with Ciociariaturismo and “Centro Guide Cicerone”, at the discovery of the artistic treasures and good cuisine in Amaseno and surroundings.  

The Valley of the Amaseno is a territory rich in history, art, culture and typical high-quality products, thanks to the decennial collaboration with the Cicerone Tour Guides and Turismo Arancione Tour operator it is been developed an original and creative holiday package that involves tourists or students with an itinerary which combines the guided tours of the stables and St. Mary’s Cathedral, location of a miraculous phenomenon: the liquefaction of Saint Lawrence’s blood, preserved in the collegiate church,  with typical meals based on the dishes and products of the buffalo chain, such as "Buffalo Stew Cacciatore", buffalo strips with rocket, pachino tomato and parmesan and of course the buffalo mozzarella as well as the other delicious cheeses obtained exclusively from buffalo milk.

In the only Stella's Dairy every day it is possible to admire the making and producion of the famous mozzarella of Amaseno.
